On 24 May 2013, acting upon the order from the Basic Court in Derventa and District Court in Doboj, members of the State Investigation and protection Agency (SIPA), with the assistance from members of the RS Ministry of Interior, searched one residential building in Brod Municipality.
During the search, a substantial quantity of military weapons, mines and explosive devices and other military equipment that might be used as evidence in further proceedings, was found and seized.
In the framework of these activities, one individual is being criminally processed. Upon instruction from the competent Prosecutor’s Office, further actions and measures within our competences will be carried out. The public will be duly informed about activities within this case.
