Members of SIPA Arrested One Individual in Bijeljina

On 29 August 2013, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested one individual in Bijeljina.

Acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH, members of SIPA arrested S.G. (DOB 1964) on grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 171 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina “Genocide”, in conjunction with the criminal code set out in the Article 31 of the CC BH “Accessory” and Article 180 of the CC BH “Individual and Command Responsibility”.

The arrested individual was brought to the official premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), whereupon it will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedure within the legal deadline.
