Members of SIPA Arrested M.P. in Sarajevo for War Crimes

On 30 May 2014, acting upon an order from the Prosecutor’s Office of Brčko District, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested M.P. in Sarajevo.

M.P. was arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed a criminal offence set out in Article 142 of the applied Criminal Code of SFRY “War Crimes against Civilians” and criminal offence set out in Article 144 of the applied CC SFRY “War Crimes against Prisoners of War”.

After criminal processing at the official premises of SIPA, M.P. will be handed over to the Brčko District Police for further procedure.
