Members of SIPA Arrested J.Đ in Odžak for War Crime

In early morning hours on 4 September 2014, acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested J.Đ. (DOB 1959) in Odžak.

J.Đ. was arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in Article 173 of the Criminal Code BH “War Crimes against Civilians” against Serbian victims in Odžak in 1992.

Upon criminal processing at the official premises of SIPA, J.Đ. will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedure.
