SIPA

On April 28th, 2010 upon the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, the State Investigationa and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended M.B. at Sarajevo International Airport due to a grounded suspicion of having commited the criminal offence set out in the Article 171 CC B&H (Genocide), in conjuction with the Article 180 of the same law (Individual Criminal Responsibility).

After criminal processing at the SIPA premises, M.B. will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.
