SIPA

This morning (11/5/2015) – Acting on the request of the State Investigation and Protection Agency based on the order of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the Border Police B&H have deprived the individual with initials MA of liberty at Maljevac border crossing, who will be handed over to SIPA police officials during the day. This is a continuation of the activities under the war crime cases in Bužim Municipality.

The individual identified by initials MA was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians” and criminal offence under Article 175 of the CC B&H “War Crime against War Prisoners” in the area of Bužim Municipality during 1994 and 1995.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the arrested individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
