SIPA

On 18 November 2013, in the continuation of a comprehensive investigation within the case code-named “Lutka”, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested D.O. (DOB 1982).

D.O. was arrested on grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 250 of the Criminal Code BH “Organised Crime” in conjunction with the criminal offence set out in the Article 166 of the CC FBH “Murder” and Article 28 of the CC FBH “Attempt”.

In the framework of measures and activities in solving the criminal offence of the attempted murder against Senad Kreho, which took place on 8 September 2011 in Sarajevo, members of SIPA submitted a report to the Prosecutor’s Office on 13 November 2013 on the committed criminal offence and perpetrators against three individuals, including D.O.

The arrested individual was detained at the official premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA). After criminal processing, the individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office BH for further processing.
