“Lutka 2“- FR Handed Over to Prosecutor’s Office B&H for Further Proceedings

Today, in the afternoon (26/1/2016), following criminal processing on the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), FR was handed over, along with a report on the grounds for suspicion of a criminal offence and perpetrator, to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.

Under the operation “Lutka 2”, FR was deprived of liberty in the area of Hadžići yesterday (25/1/2016) due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence of obstruction of justice and searched three locations in the area of Sarajevo aimed at detection and seizure of objects that may serve as evidence in further proceedings. The activities were carried out upon orders of the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H.
