SIPA

Yesterday (25/1/2016), police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived the individual identified by initials FR in the area of Hadžići due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence of obstruction of justice and searched three locations in the area of Sarajevo. The activities were carried out upon orders of the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H.

The apprehended individual has been brought to SIPA premises for criminal processing, which is still underway. Other actions aimed at obtaining evidence have also been taken (searches, examination of witnesses, etc.)

After the criminal processing, the individual deprived of liberty will be handed over, along with a report on the grounds for suspicion of a criminal offence and perpetrator, to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further action.

At this stage of the investigation we are not able to provide more information to the public.
