“List“ Operation: SIPA Deprived 10 Individuals of Liberty

Last night (13/7/2015) – police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived ten individuals of liberty in the operation codenamed “List” carried out in cooperation with members of the Indirect Taxation Authority B&H.

The individuals identified by initials JV, MP, SG, LjM, RB, RM, MM, SS, DS and MG were arrested due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence of organised crime, in conjunction with criminal offences of tax evasion or fraud, abuse of official position or authority, accepting gifts and other forms of benefits and giving gifts and other forms of benefits.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the arrested individuals along with the report on perpetration of criminal offence and perpetrators will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings, who will decide about their further status. 

The activities in this case continue will be continued and the public will be informed about final outcomes.
