Jonathan M. Moore in Visit to SIPA

The State Investigation and Protection Agency was visited by Jonathan M. Moore, US Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission, and in a meeting with the director of SIPA Mirko Lujić he expressed a US Government’s support to the Agency.
The Director Lujić introduced the Deputy Chief of Mission, Moore with the organizational structure of SIPA and problems the Agency encounters in its work, as well as with the results accomplished so far.
“The results you have accomplished in combating corruption, terrorism and organized crime clearly show that SIPA has become an important institution and a crucial factor of stability in B&H”, said Jonathan M. Moore, and congratulated on successful actions recently carried out by the Agency’s employees.
At the meeting, they also discussed the cooperation between SIPA and US Government in Bosnia and Herzegovina so far. Lujić and Moore agreed that today’s meeting represents a continuation of cooperation between these two institutions.
“The support that the US Government gives to SIPA in terms of trainings for our personnel, valuable donations and expertise for us is priceless, said Director Lujić.
Sead Lisak, Deputy Director of SIPA, and James Tillman, Director of ICITAP in B&H, also attended the meeting.
