Yesterday, March 31st, 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended three persons in Sarajevo due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 195 of the CC B&H (Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs).

Several locations were searched in the course of the successful police operation conducted in cooperation with members of partner police agencies from Germany. Around 2 kilograms of narcotic drugs, preliminary identified as cocaine, intended for B&H market was found and sized.

Today, April 1st, 2010, after criminal processing in SIPA premises, the apprehended persons, two citizens of Serbia and a person having dual citizenship of B&H and Serbia, along with the report on perpetration of criminal offence, were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H by whose orders the operation was carried out.
