In Zvornik Members of SIPA Arrested S.B. for War Crimes

Acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested S.B. (DOB 1975) in Zvornik.

S.B. was arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in Article 173 Paragraph (1) Item C) of the Criminal Code BH “War Crimes against Civilians” against Bosniak victims in Zvornik Municipality in 1995, in conjunction with Article 180 Paragraph (1) of CC BH “Individual and Command Responsibility”.

Upon criminal processing at the official premises of SIPA, S.B. will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office BH for further procedure.
