In The Follow Up Activities SIPA Apprehended Individual Identified by Initials MM

This morning (16/08/2016), police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (hereinafter: SIPA) acting on the orders of the B&H Prosecutor's Office searched facilities in two locations and apprehended a person identified by initials MN (1959) in the area of Zvornik, Šepak location.

Individual identified by initials MN was apprehended due to grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offense under Article 202 of the B&H Criminal Code "Funding of Terrorist Activities" in conjunction with Article 202.d, paragraph (2) of the B&H CC "Organizing a Terrorist Group".

Apprehended individual will be brought to the official premises of SIPA for criminal investigation; the status of the apprehended individual will be decided upon in accordance with instructions of the acting prosecutor of B&H Prosecutor’s Office.
