In Mostar SIPA Arrested I.T. for War Crimes

On 25 September 2014, acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested I.T. (DOB 1960) in Mostar.

I.T. was arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in Article 175 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code BH “War Crimes against Prisoners of War” in Čapljina Municipality in 1992.

Upon criminal processing at the official premises of SIPA Mostar Regional Office, I.T. will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office BH for further procedure.
