Illegal Weapons Found in Jajce

On September 30th, 2010, by continuing activities in prevention and detection of organised crime in Bosnia and Herzegovina, State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials, upon the order from the Court of B&H, apprehended E.M. in Jajce, with whom they found and seized weapons, military equipment and mobile telephones.
Automatic rifles, 7.62 and 7.9 mm calibre, 7.65 mm CZ handgun with ammunition, hand grenade ''kasikara'', mechanism for triggering BRK cumulative hand grenades, hand held RPG with a strap, an amount of explosives, six camouflage military tactical vests, mobile telephones, and a large amount of visual and audio carriers were found in a search of the house, yard and ancillary premises used by E.M.
Upon criminal processing within the SIPA premises, along with a report on the committed criminal offence set out in the Article 250, Paragraph (1) of the CC B&H (Organised Crime), in conjunction with the criminal offence set out in the Article 193 of the CC B&H (Illicit Trafficking in Arms and Military Equipment), E.M. will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.
