The meeting discussed planned activities under the media campaign initiated by SIPA, aimed at speeding up the process of search for missing persons in B&H. The SIPA representatives presented their campaign plan. The focus of the media campaign, which is under preparation, will be to motivate citizens to provide all available information that can help discovering mass graves throughout the country, information related to war crimes, perpetrators or other information useful to detect and successfully prosecute war crime perpetrators.

The ICMP, ICITAP and ICRC representatives welcomed the initiative of SIPA and expressed their willingness to provide financial support in the realisation of the campaign (making videos, brochures, etc.).

The campaign will be implemented in cooperation with all relevant authorities and institutions in BiH involved in the process of searching for missing persons (Prosecutor's Office B&H, Intelligence Security Agency, Institute for Missing Persons, local police and other authorities) and with the support of the British Embassy in B&H, US Embassy in B&H and international organizations (OSCE, ICMP, ICRC, ICITAP and others.).
