SIPA

In the area of Sarajevo, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials arrested a Hungarian citizen with the initials T.F., suspected of having committed criminal offences set out in the Article 281, Item 1 and Article 316, Items 1 and 4 of the Hungarian Criminal Code relating to narcotics abuse.

T.F. was arrested upon a red warrant issued by the General Secretariat of the Interpol upon a request from the NCB Interpol in Budapest.

The arrested individual, along with required documentation, will be handed over to a Preliminary Procedure Judge of the Court BH for further procedure.
