Saturday (25/04/2015) – Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in cooperation with police officials of the Border Police B&H deprived the individual identified by initials HI(1969) of liberty at the border crossing Maljevac as part of the continued activities in war crime cases in the area of Bužim Municipality.

The individual HI was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians” and the criminal offence under Article 175 of the CC B&H “War Crime against War Prisoners” in the area of Bužim Municipality during 1994 and 1995.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the arrested individual was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings yesterday (26/04/2015).
