SIPA

Today (3/9/2015) - The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) was visited by the Head of the FBI Office for Eurasia based in Washington Damian Bricko, who met with the Deputy Director of SIPA Đuro Knežević. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the United States Embassy in Sarajevo.

The meeting discussed all aspects of the work of the Agency, its competence, organisational structure, achievements, role it has in the security system of B&H as well as current security challenges. Some concrete operational activities, modalities and directions of future cooperation were discussed but also the FBI support in overall strengthening of investigative capacities of SIPA through specialized trainings for investigators.   

It was stated that the cooperation between the partner agencies was successful so far and that it will continue in the future.
