GM Deprived of Liberty in Bijeljina

 

Today, 10.11.2011, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended GM (1968) in Bijeljina due to grounded suspicion of having committed the crime against civilians.
After criminal processing in the SIPA premises GM together with the report on criminal offences committed under the Article 142, paragraph (1) an in conjunction with the Article 22 of the inherited Criminal Code of the SFRY, will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor's Office of Una-Sana Canton, by whose orders he was arrested.
