SIPA

Yesterday, February 25, 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived of liberty three persons with initials SK, VG and ZG in the area of Gradiška, Vlasenica and Kostajnica due to a grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 171 of the CC B&H (Genocide).

After criminal processing at SIPA premises the arrested persons will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, by whose orders the action was carried out.
