Today, November 15, 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended a person with initials DC (1972) in Banja Luka on suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 171 of the CCB&H (Genocide).

After criminal processing in SIPA premises, DC will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor’s Office by whose orders he was apprehended.
