On January 17th, 2011, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended an individual with the initials B.K. (DOB 1971) in the area of Cajnice due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 171 of the CC B&H (Genocide), in conjunction with the criminal offence set out in the Article 180, Paragraph (1) of the CC B&H (Individual Criminal Responsibility).

Upon criminal processing at SIPA’s premises, B.K. will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H upon whose order he was apprehended.
