French Ambassador in B&H Visited SIPA

 

Today, 7 November, 2011, H.E. the Ambassador of the Republic of France in B&H, Roland Gilles visited the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).
Having in mind the decentralised security system in B&H, the Ambassador Gilles on his first official visit to SIPA, was particularly interested in cooperation between the B&H police agencies and exchange of information significant for national security.
SIPA Director, Mrko Lujić, presented, inter alia, the organisational structure and achievements of the SIPA and thanked for the help and support in the form of trainings and equipment provided by the French Republic so far to the Agency particularly the Special Support Unit.
During the meeting, also attended by the SIPA Deputy Director Marko Dominković and Head of the Criminal-Investigation Department Anđelko Hrgić, the Ambassador Gilles visited the Operational Task Force for Fight against Terrorism, headquartered in the State Investigation and Protection Agency.
