Today, June 9, 2011. – police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended four persons with initials AV, ZS, and ŽR in Livno due to suspicion of committing the criminal offence of organised crime and in relation with the criminal offence of illicit trade in narcotic drugs.

Search of three locations resulted in recovery of certain quantity of ammunition, marijuana- like herbal substances as well as mobile telephones with included SIM cards.

After criminal processing at SIPA premises, the report on the offence committed under Article 250 of the B&H Criminal Code (Organised Crime) and in relation with the criminal offence under Article 195 of the B&H Criminal Code (Illicit Sale of Narcotic Drugs) and apprehended persons will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for further processing.

The action was carried out upon the orders issued by the B&H Court and with the assistance of the members of MoI of Livno Canton and West Herzegovina Canton.

The SIPA's police officials will continue with the activities, falling under its competence, aiming at prevention and detection of the afore-mentioned criminal offences.
