On February 8th, 2010 the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) Head Office was visited by European Union Experts in charge of the issues, set under block 3 of the Roadmap, for the insight into updates on the administrative structure and methodology for detection and investigation of illegal immigration.

The Head of SIPA's Criminal Investigation Department Anđelko Hrgić and his associates, during an hour and a half meeting, informed the EU Experts on daily cooperation between relevant authorities and division of their competences.

The EU Delegation of five experts from the EU Member States, representatives of the European Commission from Brussels and EU from Sarajevo arrived to Bosnia and Herzegovina to inquire on meeting the requirements of the Visa Liberalisation Regime Roadmap.
