EU Journalists Visited SIPA

Today, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) was visited by journalists from the European Union in order to be informed about the previous results of the Agency achieved in combating organised crime and corruption.

SIPA's Director Mirko Lujić presented to the journalists the organisational structure and material and technical capacities of the Agency.

The meeting, attended by the Head of the SIPA's Criminal Investigation Department Anđelko Hrgić as well as the representatives of the European Union Police Mission to B&H (EUPM), discussed the activities undertaken in detecting and investigating criminal offences of war crimes committed in B&H as well as the results achieved in disclosure of money laundering crimes.

The journalists were particularly interested in cooperation between the police agencies in B&H, judicial and other institutions involved in the functioning of rule of law in our country
