SIPA

On Monday, July 4th and today, July 6th, 2011, acting upon the order from the Court of B&H, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended E.H. (DOB 1979) and A.S. (DOB 1979) in Sarajevo.

The apprehended individuals were taken into detention of the Court of B&H, whereupon they will be sent to serve prison sentences due to the commitment of the criminal offence set out in the Article 250 of the CC B&H (Organised Crime), in conjunction with the criminal offence set out in the Article 195 of the CC B&H (Illicit Trafficking in Narcotics).
