D.N. Apprehended in Bijeljina

On August 25th, 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended a person with initials D.N. (1973) in Bijeljina due to a grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 171 CC B&H (Genocide), in conjuction with the Article 180 of the same law (Individual Criminal Responsibility).

After the criminal processing at SIPA premises, D.N. will be handed over for further prosecution to the Prosecutor's Office of BIH, by whose orders he was deprived of freedom.
