Considerable Amount of Arms Found in Teslić

Today, November 9, 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) searched a house and ancillary facilities in Teslić owned by NS (1972) and discovered and seized a considerable amount of arms and military equipment.

This operation conducted by the orders of the Teslić Basic Court and supported by the officials of Teslić Police Station, resulted in discovery of around 1, 5 kg of explosive, an antipersonnel mine, 10 hand grenades, 6 rifle grenades, about 600 pieces of various calibre ammunition, different types of detonators, detonating capsules, automatic rifle, automatic rifle magazines as well as other types of military equipment.

After criminal processing in the SIPA’s premises, N.S. along with the report of committing the criminal offence under the Article 399 of the RSCC (Unauthorised Possession of Weapons and Military Equipment) will be handed over to the District Court of Doboj for further processing.
