Arrest for Crime against Humanity

 

Today, 2.11.2011, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended a person with initials GS (1964) in Bijeljina due to grounded suspicion of having been involved in perpetration of the crime against humanity.
After criminal processing in the SIPA premises GS together with the report on the offence committed under the Article 172 paragraph (1) item h), and in connection with the items a), e), i) and k) of the B&H Criminal Code, will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor's Office by whose orders he was deprived of liberty.
