Apprehended Suspects for War Crimes against Civilians

On May 27th, 2011, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended three individuals, F.P. (DOB 1956), S.M. (DOB 1964) and R.L. (DOB 1945) in Kotor Varos due to grounded suspicion of committing war crimes against civilians.

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA premises, along with a report on the committed criminal offence set out in the Article 173 of the CC B&H (War Crimes against Civilians), the apprehended individuals will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, upon whose order they were apprehended.
