SIPA

On March 10th, 2011, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended N.S. (DOB 1971) from Kljuc in the area of Brcko District due to grounded suspicion of committing the criminal offence of war crime against civilians as a member of the Republic of Srpska Army in the municipality of Kljuc on October 30th, 1994.

Upon criminal processing at the premises of SIPA, along with a report on the committed criminal offence set out in the Article 142 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code taken over from SFRY, N.S. will be handed over for further processing to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton upon whose order the action was carried out.
