AP and RB Apprehended in Konjic

Today, December 22nd 2009, two persons with initials AP and RB were arrested by the police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency based on the grounded suspicion of having committed in Konjic in June and July 1992, the criminal offence under the article 173 paragraph (1) item c) (War crime against civil population) and in conjunction with the criminal offence under the article 180, paragraph (1) of the CC B&H (Individual criminal liability).

After criminal processing at the SIPA's premises, the apprehended persons will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H by whose orders the action was carried out.
