Another Individual Deprived of Liberty in Continued Operation Codenamed BUYER

Yesterday, in the continuation of the operation codenamed BUYER police officials of SIPA deprived one more individual of liberty on the premises of the Sarajevo International Airport due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 342 of the CC FB&H “Organised Crime“, in conjunction with criminal offence under Article 383 of the CC FB&H „Abuse of Office or Official Authority”, Article 273 of the CC FB&H “Tax Evasion”, Article 389 of the CC FB&H “Forging Official Document” and criminal offence under Article 252 of the CC FB&H “Concluding a Prejudicial Contract”.

The individual identified by initials EA (1945) was deprived of liberty and brought to SIPA premises in Istočno Sarajevo for criminal processing, after which he was handed over to Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
