Last night, in the continuation of the operation codenamed BUYER police officials of SIPA deprived additional two individuals due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 342 of the CC FB&H “Organised Crime“, in conjunction with criminal offence under Article 383 of the CC FB&H „Abuse of Office or Official Authority”, Article 273 of the CC FB&H “Tax Evasion”, Article 389 of the CC FB&H “Forging Official Document” and criminal offence under Article 252 of the CC FB&H “Concluding a Prejudicial Contract”.

Following criminal processing at SIPA premises in Istočno Sarajevo, the arrested individuals HŠ (1953) and ST (1963) were handed over to Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
