2.1 kg of Heroin Detected in Herzegovina

On June 14th, 2011, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials, in cooperation with the Special Department for Organised Crime of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, detected 2.1 kg of a heroin-like substance in four PVC packages. ž

The yesterday’s activity of SIPA’s police officials is a continuation of activities being carried out with the aim of prevention, detection and investigation of criminal offences of organised crime, in conjunction with illegal trafficking in narcotics.

The (SIPA) police officials in cooperation with the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H will additionally intensify activities with the aim of detection of objects, traces and individuals in relation to the narcotics detected yesterday.
