SIPA

Today, March 18th, 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended a person with initials ŽD in Laktaši due to a grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in Article 142, paragraph (1) transferred from the Criminal Code of SFRY (War Crime against Civil Population).

After criminal processing in SIPA premises, ŽD will be handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Una Sana Canton by whose orders he was arrested.
