On 26 June 2013, acting upon orders from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Prosecutor’s Office BH, in the framework of the operation code-named “BOK”, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), carried out searches at buildings in Orašje.
In the framework of these activities, one individual was arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina “Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs” and criminal offence set out in the Article 205 of the Criminal Code BH, “Counterfeiting of Money”.
During the searches, documentation, computers, mobile phones and other items that could be used as evidential material were found and seized.
The arrested individual was taken to the official premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, Tuzla Regional Office, where criminal processing was carried out. Thereupon, the individual will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office BH.
In the framework of this operation, two individuals will be interviewed about the circumstances of these criminal offences.
