On 10 December 2013, acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH and Court BH, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), in cooperation with members of the Indirect Taxation Authority BH and with assistance from members of the Una-Sana Canton Ministry of Interior, searched four locations in Bihać.

During the searches, a substantial quantity of business documentation and other items that can be used as evidence in criminal proceedings were found and seized with the aim of documenting the criminal offence set out in the Article 210 b) of the Criminal Code BH “Unauthorised Storage of Goods” and other financial criminal offences.

In the framework of these activities, members of SIPA also questioned one suspect and one individual was interviewed as a witness.

The seized documents, along with the report on measures and activities, will be submitted to the acting Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office BH, and activities in this case will be continued.
