For the purpose of providing accurate and proper information, we hereby inform the public that the State Investigation and Protection Agency did not search and “raided” the premises of Gradiška Municipality and took documentation yesterday (25/2/2016), as some media reported.

SIPA investigators, acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, conducted checks of certain bank guarantees in this Municipality respectively the list of bank guarantees, which was previously prepared by the Municipality staff, since the SIPA announced their arrival ten days earlier. The same activities were carried out in numerous other locations recent days.
