SIPA Arrested ZL for War Crime in Ilidža Municipality

This morning (08/12/2014) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the individual ZL (1959) in the area of Ilidža Municipality.

ZL was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Hrasnica during 1992 and 1993.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the arrested individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
