SIPA Arrested RŠ on an International Wanted Notice in “Smučar” Operation

Last night (16/12/2014) – Acting on an international wanted notice, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the individual with initials RŠ (1959) in the area of Mostar.

The NCB Interpol Zagreb issued the international wanted notice for RŠ with a view to his/her apprehension and extradition to the Republic of Croatia, due to perpetration of the criminal offence of abuse of office and official authority.

By taking measures and actions within their competence, police officials of SIPA located and placed the individual under surveillance, who was deprived of liberty last night in the area of Mostar.

Following criminal processing in the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, the arrested individual was handed over to the Court B&H last night for further procedure of extradition.

The SIPA continues the activities in this case to shed light on all the circumstances related to the residence and providing shelter to this individual in the territory of B&H.
