SIPA Arrested IĐ in Bijeljina for War Crimes

Today (24/06/2014) - Acting by the orders of Central-Bosnia Canton Prosecutor’s Office, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agebncy (SIPA) arrested the individual with initalls IĐ in the area of Bijeljina.

IĐ was arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 142 of the CC SFRY “War Crime against Civilians”.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, IĐ was handed over to the Central Bosnia Canton Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
