SIPA Apprehended MČ in Brod for War Crime

Today (12/11/2014) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended the individual with initials MČ (1964) in the area of Brod.

The individual with initials MČ was deprived of liberty for grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC BH “War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Bosanski Brod during 1992.

Following criminal processing in the SIPA premises, the apprehended individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office BH for further proceedings.
