SIPA

On 24 October 2012, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), in cooperation with members of the West Herzegovina Canton Ministry of Interior, carried out a search of residential premises used by I.Š. (DOB 1977) in the area of Posušje, due to grounds for suspicion that this individual had unauthorised access to an email address used by the staff of the Cabinet of one of the members of the BH Presidency, whereby committing a criminal offence set out in the Article 394, Paragraph (2) of CC FBH (Computer Forgery).

During the search, objects in relation to the committed criminal offence were detected and seized. They will be submitted to the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg for further procedure, along with an official report.

These activities of police officials of SIPA and West Herzegovina Canton Ministry of Interior were carried out upon the order from the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg.
