Today, 1 December, 2010 - Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended MN (1964) in Foča who is subject to pending B&H Court adjudication for the indictment charging him with criminal offence committed under Article 172 of the CC BiH (Crime against Humanity).
19 February, 2009, the B&H Court pronounced non final judgement of eight – year imprisonment on MN and released him with restrictive measures until pronunciation of final judgment.

MN was deprived of liberty by the B&H Court orders and will be in detention in the premises of the B&H Court until the final judgment is pronounced.
