Yesterday, 30 November, 2010 – As ordered by the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested a person with initials EF in Tupkovići, Živinice Municipality due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 250 of the CC BiH (Organised Crime), and in conjunction with Article 195 of the CCBiH (Illict Trade in Narcotics) and Article 166 of the CC FBiH (Murder).

Search of premises and cars used by EF, who is brought into connection with Zijad Turkovic's organised criminal group, resulted in detection and seizure of objects related to perpetration of the above mentioned criminal offences.
