On 25 October 2012, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended S.K. (DOB 1973) in the area of Bihać due to grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offences of war crime against civilians and war crime against prisoners.

In searches at residential and other premises, as well as a vehicle used by S.K., objects were detected and seized, which will be stored at the deposit of the Court BH.

Upon criminal processing at the premises of SIPA, S.K. will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office BH, along with a report on the committed criminal offence.

Today’s operation was carried out upon an order by the Prosecutor’s Office BH, with the assistance from police officials of the Una-Sana Canton Ministry of Interior.
